At Cosmopolitan Management Group, I determine success not by my definition but by those I serve and partner with including residents, families, team members, and investors.  With 25 years experience in Senior Living, my experience varies from corporate entities to family offices and many varied communities across the United States.  Each Senior Living community is as unique and diverse as the surrounding area and I strive each day to avoid a "cookie cutter" approach to management but instead focus on the unique strengths and opportunities that each community possesses.
